Soil hardening agent STEIN
Hardening soil with STEIN. We will make roads, irrigations, and your daily lives.
STEIN is a soil hardening agent wich can harden any type of soils by mixing with best rate.
STEIN is a soil hardening agent composed from more than 25 types of organic materials. It was developed in Japan 1975. By mixing STEIN with soil about 10% in the best rate of water and compaction, it can make soil hard enough for construction of roads and irrigation systems.
The merits of STEIN construction is low cost and high durability. It is possible to make pavement roads 40-60% cheaper than asphalt roads. Also, there is less problem of peddle and cracks. The running cost is low because STEIN roads are needless to maintenance so often.
Mixture of 5% of STEIN element (based on ordinary cement with more than 25 kinds of inorganic additives) and 95% of ordinary cement. STEIN soil hardening agent is harmless to the environment conditions. By mixing STEIN agent with soil and water and rolling it down, the soil can be hardened in a short period of time and a robust structure can be created. There are five steps for STEIN construction. Soil testing, spreading out, mixing with soil, compaction and watering. After watering, it will take 24 hours for free to vehices passing. Our first target is achieving 30kg/㎠ in a week. STEIN agent can be used flexibly according to the condition of the soil to adjust the percentage of STEIN agent against soil. STEIN agents were used at over 1,500 places such as irrigation river beds and farm roads in Japan also abroad(Asia, Kenya, Italy,Germany, USA).
